This is what I needed; someone who was there. Ok I just went back and did a little reading AND he was only in the wheelchair because he broke both legs in March. Stupid naive me was under the impression he had been wheelchair bound for some time. I wonder if that was on purpose for sympathy. I saw another picture of him giggling, and it did help change my tune. Still, I can just see the NAACP hosted by P. Diddy throwin one big smackdown of a party over throwin 80 yr old in prison, but what are ya gonna do? I feel for his wife, like I feel for the parents of Scott Peterson; however unlike that case this guy will go to prison as opposed to being put to death -- which is well duh, another murder.
